Our prices include a VAT rate of 10%. They are indicated according to the current tax regulations, and are likely to be modified according the effective taxations at the moment of your stay. All rates are valid for booking all the cottage. Our cottage is no smoking access. Disabled people can be accomodate easily.
Cancellation penalties
Cancellation more than 45 days before arrival : invoicing of 30% of the stay total. Cancellation between 45 and 30 days before arrival : invoicing of 40% of the stay total. Cancellation between 30 and 15 days before arrival : invoicing of 60% of the stay total. Cancellation between 14 and 8 days before arrival : invoicing of 80% of the stay total. Cancellation at 48 hours of arrival and no show-up : invoicing of 100% of the stay total.
